    If you have a question about one of our items, which is important for your decision to buy, so please ask before purchasing. Please observe the product information and if you are unsure do not hesitate to ask.

    Shipping costs 

    Shipping is handled worldwide with DHL. The maximum weight is 31kg per package. In Non-EU-Countries there might be charged customs duty

    For security reasons credit cards are only acceptable at our online-shop.
    While ordering by mail, phone or fax, we can offer paypal and prepayment.

    PREPAYMENT (international)
    Please transfer the total amount shown on your order confirmation within 10 days to our bank account. Please also transmit your order number and your name, if you are not the account holder. After we have received the payment your goods will shipped. 

    Privacy Note: The instant payment per credit card or paypal is processed through the payment interface of Wirecardbank. The Wirecardbank is BaFin-certified and guarantees the security and confidentiality of your banking and card data, to which no one can access, not even our company. 



    Shipping to your specified address normally takes place promptly after receiving of your payment or direct debit allowance. As a registered customer, please also pay attention to the accuracy and timeliness of the data stored in our shop. A different delivery address must be specified while the shop order or messaged per immediate email to us; otherwise it cannot be considered. Resulting additional costs (for example for return and second shipment) will charged to the buyer.



    You get new and sealed items. Nevertheless, it may happen that you have cause for complaint. In this case please let us know about your reason for rejection  -  best per email. All complaints we handle very seriously and try to fathom the causes in order to stop errors in the future. Depending on the complaint will decided how to proceed. 

    Complaints for we have to take the responsibility we will provide a replacement of goods quickly and easily or we will refund the value of goods as well as all shipping costs for shipment and return (prepaid shipment only !!).


    Policy for revocations and returns of items

    If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines and observe these details carefully:

    You must declare the revocation of your contractual statement in text form (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the merchandise within a period of 14 days.

    The return has to be addressed to:

    You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. New items must be returned unopened with the manufacturer's seal unbroken and intact, when applicable.

    You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

    • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
    • Accessories such as cords and remotes 
    • Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards  
    • "Free gifts" or bonus items
    • All items included in a bundle

    The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for the supply of goods produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their quality, are not suitable for return or may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software where the seal on the data carriers has been broken by the consumer, or for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

    You have to pay for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We only accept returns that are prepaid.

    After checking the return we will pay back the value of the merchandise within 30 days. We prefer the same way for payback as receiving the money, if we do not get different instructions.



    For new items that are no consumer goods there is a two-year warranty period for final users. If items are characterized as "used", the warranty period for end users is twelve months. 

    Commercial buyers always have to investigate or reprimand their purchase immediately. The period begins in all cases with receiving of the goods. 

    All obvious and/or detected defects, shortages or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within the warranty period. In case of justified complaints it´s the customer's choice about improvement or substitute delivery. If repair or replacement delivery fails, the buyer can decide whether to have the right to demand cancellation of the contract (rescission) or reduction of the purchase price (reduction). 

    Transport damages have to be confirmed by the parcel service upon acceptance of delivery. Please claim and report any damage immediately to the employee of the transport company.
