As I see it, the following factors are mainly responsible for this:

Physical stress

A life style which is marked by sugar and food that is rich in carbohydrates - often combined with fast food, cheap oils and lack of physical activity.

Environmental toxic agents that are absorbed by the body through the air, water, food, clothing, and cleaning and body care products

Electromagnetic interference fields from WLAN, cell telephones, microwave & co, which continually put a strain our body with radiation

Phsychic stress

Emotional stress, caused by the modern daily routine of work and family life, and a negative attitude toward life.

»How can these influences be countered? In addition to deliberately avoiding and reducing poison exposure as well as dispensing with poor nutritional habits, we can do this mainly by a basic change to a species-appropriate, that is, ketogenic diet. That means a regular targeted support for the body's detoxification and self-regulation, as well as sufficient movement and recovery as a counter-measure to our predominantly sedentary lifestyle.

The metabolism program “dr.reinwald metabolic regulation”® consists of the following five basic elements

The massive reduction of sugars and starch-containing foods and beverages is a must in the context of the ketogenic diet.

Important for the stimulation of the fat metabolism is a regular species-appropriate physical activity that is suitable for one’s personal fitness.

The program is subdivided into four successive phases based on each other, with the final phase being a long-term change of dietary habits. The program can also be adapted to individual health needs in people with chronic diseases. In such cases, it is advisable to consult a naturopathic physician or an alternative practitioner.
